About this training
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a behavioural modality incorporating mindfulness and is increasingly being used to help treat issues like anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, stress, anger, relationship issues and OCD.
This 2-day course is suitable for anyone who is interested in finding out more about ACT.
Over the two days you will explore the main components of this modality and see how it fits with your own life. If you are a therapist, it will give you tools that you can use straight away with your own clients.
