About this training
Hakomi is an experiential, body–mind practice that uses mindfulness to help people notice what gets in the way of nourishment and connection, with the purpose of reducing unnecessary suffering.
The practice groups are an opportunity to experience Hakomi in a small group and are open to anyone who wishes to explore a mindful approach to self-understanding
