About this training
9am for coffee with a prompt start at 9.30am.
During the day you will participate in group exercises and will need to be willing to engage in some personal experiential work in pairs. You will be invited to use your own anonymous client material (for one client) while working with their presenting issues. A light lunch will be provided.
You will leave this workshop with some basic and very effective CBT techniques that you can put into practice straight away.
ANNA ZABORONSKI is a confident and experienced trainer with more than 25 years of teaching & training experience. She is an accredited member of BACP. Anna is an integrative psychotherapist working at The Banbury Counselling Academy and Cambridge University and running her private practice as a CBT Coach and a supervisor to individuals and groups. A person with truly multi-cultural background and upbringing, she is bilingual, using two languages – English and Russian.
